loud noise no lift

the room was a good size , and i found it clean on arrival.

the noise from the bar below was a major issue , continuing late into the night. i also found the stairs difficult as there was no lift , and i had to carry my luggage up two flights. this lack of accessibility is a significant drawback for anyone with mobility issues or heavy bags.

Central Location with River Views

river views friendly staff

I found the location fantastic and central to many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and very helpful . I received a discount on food and drinks from the sister bars next door. The shower was great, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room with pristine bedding.

The noise from the bar below affected my sleep. It went on quite late, and the building lacked proper sound insulation. I think that earplugs should have been provided proactively in each room.

Location

This hotel has a very central location. It is near many attractions. I noticed a boat cruise that departs directly from outside the hotel.

Service

10/10

The staff was friendly and efficient. They were helpful with directions. I also saw them assist other guests with their luggage upon arrival.

Rooms

8/10

My room featured river views. The bed was very comfortable. The room also included a kettle.

Facilities

9/10

I observed discounts on food and drinks offered at the neighboring riverfront establishments. Access to the rooms is located at the back of the building. I saw stairs that lead up to the rooms.
